What can I feed my Umbrella Cockatoo to help her gain weight?
My umbrella cockatoo Tipsy is her name is 1 year old and we are having a hard time getting her to gain weight. does anyone know what we can feed her to help her gain weight? she eats apples and oranges and strawberries and avi cakes and of course zupreem fruit pellet. she still gets birdie formula once every other day because the people we got her from were still feeding it to her by hand so were weaning her. someone please help?
I know that seeds make birds very fat so try feeding your umbrella cockatoo a lot of seeds because seeds has fat in it,its like bird`s fast food.If it doesnt gain weight i would recommend take it to vets and ask them what can you feed it they usually have those formulas.
