Ideal COCKATIEL Cage Size ?
I'm going to get a cockatiel, but first I want the APPROPRIATE sized caged.

But what is the ideal cage size for a SINGLE cockatiel?
I don't want to get too small a cage for it to be crammed in,
but I don't want a cage that will be so huge it will break the floor and budget.

For a cockatiel, the minimum recommendation cage is 20 inch wide, 20 inch deep and 28 inch high.

As a bird owner myself, I would recemend getting a cage bigger than the recemended, think of it this way, would you want to be locked up in a small cage or large? The bird will probably enjoy a bigger cage more, it will make them feel more comfortable
