I went on academic leave in the middle of a semester and my financial aid didn't go thought ?
I go to a pricey school so some of my financial aid didn't go through and i ended up owing $13000. They said i couldn't file for bankruptcy but they gave me an option of explaining why i went on academic leave and with that explanation they would reinstate my financial aid.The reason i left was because i have bipolar disorder and my family wont let me take meds so i spirals out of control. Basically i needed time to re evaluate my life. I know that wont be a good explanation so i am asking what false but plausible explanation will get me out of this problem that could ruin my life and my credit.
If this is the first time you have done this you'd think the'd be more understanding.
Otherwise tell them about your biploar but don't tell them your family won't let you take meds... It sounds funny.
But if you could find a family doctor to coroborate your bipolar they may help you out...
