african grey parrot food Question about nutri-berries?
I just bought my first bird , an african Grey.. The store sent me home with a seed mixture. I asked about nutri-berries and was told that i should only giver her about 5 or 6 nutriberries as a treat. But after reading the nutriberries package it tells me that i should eventually replace the seed mixture completely with nutri-berries because they are better than seeds. Can someone tell me if that is true, they seem to be better than just seeds.And my Bird seems to love them
I of course have a separate bowl for fruits and vegetables, and also throw in some peanuts with the seed which she loves as well.
What should I do
it's ok they also are balanced with omega 3 -6,but seeds must be given as fresh fruit and vegetable,they need fresh food for healty and natural defence
