Who has a pet bird?
I have a cockatiel, his name Ozzy. It is only eight months old and loves to dance and run back back! It is normal gray and a bright orange cheekpatch. He likes to eat seeds and food, and is not too fussy. It does not really bite, in fact. I got it two days ago, now hes eating! He lives in a large cage and has two poles. Inside the cage is singing a toy yellow. He plays around with it but only slightly. Since hes still new at his home, he is really scared. It's hard to change his food and if we close Corsica ... He whistles a lot! He does not like our family dog pepper, either. Do you have a pet bird? Please tell me about him / it. And please remember to say what kind it is ... Aww Ozzy sounds cute! It sounds just like my old bird. My old bird was a gray cockatiel like yours. His name was Charlie, he died this year. We had over 12 years! He has only eaten, never really bit hard. He had lived so much and survived. I am 14 years old, and we have had when I was 2. I loved seeing the animals and I still do, but I did not know I had it kind of hurt .. (Sounds wrong) but once ... I gave her a bubble bath! He almost died! Mom was crying and she rang the vet and he gave instructions on what to do. A Once I was on my back for a piggy back dads and Charlie was just walking around the house (it could not fly because when his father bought him the lady asked if he wanted his wings clipped, dad said ok, and she cut a wing too far, so it never grew back ... Poor Charlie.) And let Dad go off by accident and I fell on him and broke his leg. It healed over. I miss him, he was such a happy bird, as you said about your Ozzy, as he likes to dance, and running back back. Charlie always used to that. The bird I Now is a dove. His name was Dovie (really original .... lol) It was a baby when she flew into our backyard. But she was injured, so we nursed her back to health and kept. She is a pig! She eats non stop! She sits in the water sometimes lol because its been here. When I hold and put her back in his large cage, she flies to his perch favorite and when it lands makes it sound really weird .. Like a kookaburra. Its really weird ... but shes unique. I love it. It is a bit of a meanie. A few weeks ago. I bought my best friend, two parakeets for a early Christmas present for his parrot (9 years, named Lucky, and it's a boy) had been isolated for some time because his friend died. When I I bought the house that I would see her the next day and I did not keep birds in this small club for more then I put in our large cage. Dovie tried to peck. So I found a small cage and had to pin the door closed because it was broken lol. Sorry for this huge story. Lol Thanks for reading, Abbey ♥
