Anyone travel American airlines, in cabin, with a 13 lb pet. What carrier did you use to fit under the seat?
13lb sounds a bit too big for in-cabin! If somehow AA allows it , the best pet carrier would be a soft-sided pet carrier. Don't ever buy even the smallest hard-sided carrier, 99% of them just won't fit under the seat. Go to AA website and check the dimensions for in-cabin pet carrier.
